Site Visit,Merrimack College(315 Turnpike Street,North Andoverl: Proposed construction,on Merrimack College
campus,of a 77,600 SF building situated along Turnpike Street and a 62,000 SF building situated along Andover Street. Both
buildings are comprised of academic and residential space for College use. Purpose: balloon test to help visualize heights and
locations of proposed buildings.
Meeting location: Meet in front of the Collegiate Church of Christ the Teacher.
Planning Board Site Visit(No Deliberation). This matter will be discussed at the Planning Board meeting scheduled for
Tuesday, October 17,2023, 120 Main Street,North Andover, MA 01845
