continued until the next meeting when this information will be made available.

Mr. O'Learymade a motion to DENY the special permit;
the motion and the vote was unanimous.

Monday - November 3, 1969
Special Meeting -
The BOARD OF APPEALS held a special meeting on Monday evening, November 3,
1969 at 7:30 P.M. in the Town Office Building with the following members present
and voting: Arthur R. Drummond, Chairman; Daniel T. O'Leary, Secretary; Philip
Arsenault, Donald J. Leonard and Assoc. Member James A. Glynn. Mr. Scott was
unable to attend.
1. William B. Duffy.
The Board discussed and voted on the petition of William B. Duffy. The
hearing had been held on October 14th. Corrected plans had been submitted showing
& lots instead of 5. Mr. O'Leary made a motion to GRANT the variance; Mr. Leonard
seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous. (Mr. Drummond did not sit or vote
upon this petition).
2. George H. Fart.
A letter was received from Atty. Simon Cutter requesting reconsideration of
the decision of the Board denying a special permit for the operation and maintenance
of a gravel pit by George H. Fart.
Atty. Simon was present and stated his client would adhere to any and all stipu-
lations deemed necessary for the best interests of ,1] concerned. No one else
was heard by the Board. Mr. O'Leary made a motion to take the petition under
advisement; Mr. Leonard seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous. The
Board discussed the petition and Mr. Drummond saidMr. Scott had phoned him
earlier in the evening to say he was unable to attend the meeting and asked the
