Mr. Irving Howes stated to the Board that he wished to express
his opinion on the action taken at the last meeting of the
Board, when the Board granted Mr. Kittredge leave to with-
draw the app£ication which had been presented by Mr. ttowes
on the behalf of the North andover Housing Authority.
Mr. Howes stated that he had presented the application and
that he thought that the Board should have acted on it and
that Mr. Kittredge had been acting on his own authority
and not by consent of the Housing Authority when this
permission was requested. Mr. Howes also stated that it had
been distinctly stated at the meeting of the Housing Authority
that this Committee wished the Board of Appeals to act on
this application in one way or another. Mr. Howes also re-
quested that these statements be entered into the minutes
of the meeting held on this date.
Motion was made and seconded and it was-VOTED that the
meeting br adjourned.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:45
