Chairman.
Members present: John F. Alter, Chairman, Gregory
Mooradkanian, Secretary, James T. Poor and associate
member James Regan.
There were no applications Before the Board for their
consideration.
A general discussion of the New Proposed By-Laws.
Motion awas madee and s®comded and it was voted to
Adjourn the Meeting.
Meeting was Adjourned at 9~45 P.M.
