The meeting was called to order by the Ohatr~a~. at 8:15 p.M. in the
Town Building.
Members present~ ChaTM, John F. Alter, Gregory Moor~dkanian,
James T. Poor, Henry E. Lund~ and associate member Santo Dimauro.
· general discussion of the proposed Revised By-Laws was held.
There were no ~pplicatien before the Board for action.

Town Building,

Henry E. Lund~ Jemee ?. Poor~ and associate naabera, Ja~es Regan
and Santo Dimauro.
There were no applications before the Board for action.
· discussion was held with respect te the application of George Rennie
which had been presented to the Board on June 13, 1949 and on which there
was a Public Hearing held. At that ti~e the granting of the variance asked
for in this application was denied on the grounds that this Board has ac
Jurisdiction tm act on this petition as it. emou~ted tea chenge in the
Zoning By-Laws and ~r. Rennie was referred to. the Planning Board.
Since that time however, it has been brought to the attention of the Board
that this property had always Been far~ land before zoning was effective
and as such the Rennies were entitled to the priveliges ef an Agricultu-
ral District, namely to erlet a fruit and vegetable stand on the pre~ises.
Motion was made and seconded and it was VOTED te contact Mr. Rermie and to
discuss this matter with his. lit. Rennie was con tacted by telephone and
arrangements were made to have him present at the next ~eeting to be held
on llonday evening, October 1~, 1949.
