Meeting was called to order by the Chairm_~na t 8:15 P.M. in the Town
Building. - - ~
Members present: Chairman, G~egory Moormdkanian, Secretary, Richard G.
~hipple, Henry E. Eund and Andrew Alvin% Associate member, Santo DiMauro.
There were no applications for the Oonsideration of ~he Board for this
meeting,
A letter was received from the Advissry Board inviti,g the members of the
Board to mee~ with 'them on Monday evening, January 15, 1951 from 8:15 to
§~45 P.M. Reply was sent to the Advisory Board that the Board would be
pleased to attend the meeting.
~ question afa new file cabinet with a lock was brought up and it was
suggested to the Board that there would be a second hand cabinet now in
the possession of the Old AgeBureau that might be available as a new one
was to be purchased. Motion was made and seconded and it was VOT~ that
if the cabinet was available the Board would purchase it but for not more
than $30.00.
Motion was made and seconded and it ~as VOTE~ to adjourn at 9:25 P.M.
