Meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 8:00 P.M. in the' Town
Building.
Members present: Chairm~n~ Gregory Mooradkanianj Secretary~ Richard G.
~h_ippl% Andrew E. Alviuo and Peter Ritchie.
There were no applications to be considered by the board a t this meeting.
A general discussion was held and a motion was made and seconded and it
was Voted to adjourn at 9:30 P.M.

Meeting was called to order by the Chairm~u at 8:10 P.M. in the Town Building.
Members present: Chairman~ Gregory Mooradkanian~ Secretary~ Richard G. Whipple~
Henry E. Lund~ Andrew E. A~lvino and Peter Ritchie.
An application was received from Mrs o Ruth W. N~haver requesting a renewal of
a non-conforming use permit so as to permit the operation and ~intenance of
a nursing home at 1~O Prescott Street. This pe~mlt originally had been granted
to Mrs. Alice Moody Scoralick~ but the nursing home has beentaken over by Mrse
M~haver and she is now applying for the non-conforming use permit in her own
Mrs. M~haver was present and stated that she now realized that this application
should have been present earlier but she was under the imDression that the permit
had been grante~ for a period of two years. She stated that there have been no
changes in the operstion of the nursing home snd that there are appro~mstely
10 patients there at this t~m~ with the possibility of adding one more.
Motion was made and seconded and it was VOTED to grant the variance to Mrs. M~haver
for one year. This non-conforming use permit to be renewed on or before Oct.
1952, by Mrs. Myhaver.
Application for renewal of a non-conforming use permit was received from George
and David Rennie~ 200 ChickeringRoad so as topermit the operation and maintenance
of a raodside stand for the sale of fruit and vegetables which are raised on the
premises. Mriginal permit was granted on October 14, 1949 and has been renewed in
1950. This request is for renewal for another year.
Motion was made and seconded and it was VOTED that the non-p0nforming use permit
be granted to George and David Rennie for another year and must be renewed on or
beofre October 8, 1952.
