The meeting was ~called to order by the Chairman at 8:10 P.M. in ~he
Town Building. This was a P~blic Hearing.
Members present: Chairman~ Gregory Mooradkanian, Secretary, Richard G.
~ipple~ Henry E. Lured, Peter Ritchie amd ArMrew E. Alvino.
Application was' received b~ the M.T. Stevens & Sons Ce. requesting a
variance of the Zoning By-La~s sc as t~ permit the subdivision of a
parcel cf property located at 37-39 M~z~aack Street, inte individual
parcels to enable the sale 'of separate buildings ~ which are new located
on one lot. This Public Hearing w~s advertised in the Evening Tribu~ ~n
the evening of January 5~ 1952 amd all abbutters were notified.
Mr. Ralph Brasse~r~ representing the N.T.Steven~ Co~ was presemt before
the Board and explained that this request was being made to facilitate the
·ale cf property owned by the Stevens Co. and alSO to provide the rear lot
with a driveway giving access to this r~ar l~t. Th~se building have been
in existance for a ~,mber of years and it is new desired to sell them
separately.
Motion was made and seconded and it was VOTED to take the matter under
advisement.
After discussing the above application~ a m~tion was made and seconded and
it was VOT~ u~animously t~ grant the variance to the M.T.Stevens Co.
Motion was made and seconded and it was VOTED to adjourn the meett~g at
9:20 P.M~ The next regular meeting to be held on February 11,.~952.

There were 'no applications to be considered by ~he Board and a general
discussion was helde
Motion was made and seconded and it was VOTED to adjourn the meeting at
8:55 P.M. The next regular meeting to be held on March 10, 1952.
