Meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 8:15 P.M. in the Town
Building.
Members present: Gregory Mooradkanian~ Chairman~ Kichard G. Nhipple~
Secretary~ Andrew E, .Alvtno.
There were no applications to be con.sidered by the Board.
A g~neral Discusssion was held and motion was m~de and seconded and it
was voted to adjourn the rumoring at 8:45 P.M. The next regular meeting
to be held on April ]4, 1952.

B~ildinge This was a Public Hearing. . ·
Members present: Gregory Mooradkanianp Chairwmn, Richard G. Whipple~
Secretary~ Andrew E. Alvino~ Henry E. Lund and PeterRitchie.
Application was received from Fred Aziz requesting a renewal of a non-
conforming use permit for the continued use and maintenance ora road-
side stand of wooden construction for the disposal of farm, domestic
amd common victualler products. Original permit for this nor~conforning
use was granted by the Board on Jlme 13, 1949.
Mr. Aziz was present before the Board and explained that he would like
to continue the use of this roadside stand for another year.
Motion was made and se6onded ~d it was VOT~I) $o grant the variance for
another year. There were mo objections to this application
A~ application was received from ~tward W. Saul requesting a renewal of
a non-conforming use permit for the continued use amd maintenance of a
gasoli~ and service station located at 1705 Turnpike Street. Original
permit for this non-conforming use was granted by the Board en April 15,
1950.
Mr. Saul was present before the Board and explained that he wished to
contimie operating this station and would like to have his permi% renewed
for another year. There were no objections to this application.
Motion was made and seconded and it was ~ns_~!meusly VOTED ~o grant the
variance for another year.
