Meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 8~10 P.M. in the
Building. This was a sPecial meeting~
Members present~ 'Chai.rm~u~ ~regory Mooradkanian~ Secre+_~_'ry~ Richar~ G.
Whipple~ Henry E. Lurid, Andrew E. Alvino and Associate Member Sam DiMauro.
Peter Ritchie was not present at th&s meeting but contacted the Board by
phone and wished to be recorded as being in favor of granting the non-
confor~.-g use permit to Roland B. ~.mmond.
The application ef Roland B. Hamnond Jr. requesting a n~n-conform~g use
permit for the purchase, repair and sale of antiques at 169 Andover Street
was taken under consideration, The members had previously been to view
the property in ~ues~ion during the week, T~e question of a traffic hazard
was discussed and it was found that there wo~ld be very little traffic in
connection with this type of business and'would prebabl~ average one ~r two
customers each weeke It was also brought out that there v~s ample .space to
park $~be cars which would patronize this establishment. After discussing
the matter further a motion was then made and seconded and it was unanimously
VOTED to grant the non-conforming use permit to Mr. H~mmond for one yeare
Motion was mad~ and seconded md it was Voted that there would be no meetings
during the sum~er months unless there was an application to be ~onsidered
a~d if so the meeting would be c~lled by the Cha~rm~ne
Meeting was adjourned at 9~25 P.M.
