Meeting was called to order by the chairm~n at 8:15 P.M. in the Town
Building. ~his was a Public Hearing.

An applicatiomwas received from Mary A. Mend~naa, requesting a ~ariance
from the Zoning By-~aws so as topemit the division eft a parcel of property
on which two houses stand in order that cmo of the houses ma~ be sold. This
property was registered as eno lot before zoning a~ the owner now wishes
sell ~ne of the houses and in order to do so cannot ~eet the present
quirements for side lines.
There was no opposition to this application.
Motion was ~ade by Peter Ritchie and seconded by Andrew Alvine and it was
~OTED to grant:the VARIANCE to Mary A. Mendonsa. The vote was ,,~n~meus..
This Public Hearing was duly advertised in the Evening Tribune en the
evening ef Jam_,ary 31~ 1953 and all abbutters were notified.
Mot,ion was made and seconded and it was voted to adjourn the meeting
at 9~30 P.M.
