The meeting was called to order by the Chairm~n~ Richard G. ~hipple,
at 7:00 P.M. in the Town. Building.
Members present: Chairman~ Richard G. Whipple, Henry E. Lurid, Peter
Ritchte and associate members Donald F. Smith and BenediCt Perrone.
Applications for renewals of non-conforming use perm1 ts were received
from Ira and F~ances Goodhue, Sally (Kahwajy) Kellan, Fred Aziz and
Louis Kmiece All petioners were present requesting the renewals.
The above applications ww~e considered individually a~r~ after due
discussion all were unanimously granted except that of Fred Aziz. The
Board voted to discuss this last permit more fully and postponed ~he
decision to the next meeting.
Motion was then made and seconded and it was voted to adjourn the
meeting at 9:30 P.M.. The next meeting to be held on June 8~ 1953e
