A bill was received from Attorney Arnold H. Salisbury in the amount ~f
~100.00 for services rendered in ccrmection with the court case of
Elweod E. Feerster~ et. ali~ vs. the Board .of Appeals.
A mot~ion was ma~e by Mr. Nicetta~ seconded by Mr. Lurid and it was
unanimouslY voted te .turn this bill over to theBoard of Selectmen for
payment from the Contingent
A motio~ was ma~e by Mr. ~i~cetta, secomde~ by Mr. Ritchie and it was
unanimously wted te ~ispense with the rea~ing of the ~-%es ef the
previous meeting and that t~ese would be read at the ~ex~ regular
meeting to take place on Mareh 8~ 1954.
Motion was made by Mr. Nicettap seconded by Mr~ Lund and it was unanimously
voted to adjourn the meeting at 9:15 P.M.
