to approve the petition with the condition the sheds be eliminated to the point of
15' from the side Iine as shown on the plans filed with the application.

The meeting was called to order by the chairman at 7:'30 ~.m. Members present
were Mr. Finck, Mr. Alvino, Mr. Nicetta, Mr. Lurid, and Mr. Boeglin.
A public hearing was held nn the petition of Mr. William Boot~- requesting
a variance from-the side-lot requirements of the Zo~ng By-Laws.
Mr. Bootmau stated he had nothing further to add to what was already stated
in the _application. On motion o.f Mr. Nicetta, seconded by Mr. Lun. d, the
Board voted, to take the matter under advisement'.
A public hearing was meld on the petition of Mr. Roland Ambiehl requesting
a vRriance from the zoning By, Laws, Section 3, Articls 4. Mr. Am~iehl stated
he had nothing to add to what was sta~ed in the application.
0n motion of Mr. Lurid seconded byMr. Alvino the Boa~rdvotedto take the
matter under advisement.
There was no objection to either of the above petitions .

Wm. Boot-s-: On motion of M~.~. Nicetta se~oniedbyMr. Lurid the Board voted to
grant the variance for no less than shown on the plans submited -.lP' on the left
and 12' 6" on the right side.
Ambiehl: On'orion of Mr. Nicet~a seconded by Mr. Lund She Board~oted to grant
the variance for no closer tb~- 10' to the property line.
i letter ~-as received fromM rs. Allis of RhodeIslandwithregardto a propose~
trailer court to be b~tlt on Salem Street. The chairman directed the clerk to
.write Mrs. Allis as follows:" 'ontil such time as the Planning Board has finished
with their revision of the By-Laws, this Board'can take no action in this matter."
Mr. C~esley came before the Board with regard t~ land on Main Street sta~ing he wished
to extend his garage and requested information with regard to the Board'S requirements.
Mr. Cnesley was given the standard forms for an applicationi~r a variance.
