A, application was received frem Francel C. Arians, Execu~lx of the Pearl Fe Adam
Estate~' requesting a variance of the Zoning By-Laws of the Town so as to per, it re-
division ef four Iota previously subdivided on the prestiges legated at
455-459 Stevens Street, and also division of property to make a let for
on 10 and 16 Oak Avema8. All abbu%tors were notified of ~is Hearing. None appeared.
Hr. Ralph Brassuer represented the applicant and e~A-ed to the Board t~a_t the reason

Motion was male by Mr. Nicetta, seconded by Mr. Lund that the application be taken under
advisements
Referring te 10 and 16 Oak Avenue, Hr. Ohairman presented a lettor fron Mr. ~hitehill
showing no oppesition to sell4~ the property if the ea~e tenants residing ef present
purchased the property. The applicant ~eeks to divide the preper~ to ~ a let for
each dwelling.
Motion was ~ade by Mr. ~icetta, seconded by Hr, ~ that the petition be taken

The Second Public Hearing was that of Willia~ Phela~, requesting a variance of the By-Laww
of the Teen so as to per, it divisien of proper~ at 21 and 25 First ~trset es that the

Mr. Brassuer was al~e reln-e~,entative for Mr. Phelaa. He expal~ined te the Beard it is a~
estate with a 5 stall garage. His client wants to split it through leaving 3 stalls en one
side a~d ~wo on t~e ether.
Hr. Nice%ts n~tioned that the petition be taken under advisednent. Mrs Terroux seconded
this notien~ it Was unanimously car~ede
After considering the Ad~ app:l:Loationo. Associate Me~ber O'Leary voted to grant the
varienee on the four l~te at 447-44~-451-455-45~ Stevens Street, Mr. ~und seoomded this
motion~ and it was una~w~us~ voted.
Hr. Nioetta moved that the petition on Oak Avenue be granted, It was seconded by Hre
Terroux, and ,,,,n-4,,~usly carrie~.
After deliberation of the PhelAn application, Mr. Nice%ts noved that the ~ariance
be gran%ed~ Mr, Dasd seconded ~J.s motion. It was unanimo~s.
