Ohairman presented a lettor fron Mr. ~hitehill showing no oppesition to sell4~ the property if the ea~e tenants residing ef present purchased the property. Associate Me~ber O'Leary voted to grant the varienee on the four l~te at 447-44~-451-455-45~ Stevens Street, Mr. ~und seoomded this motion~ and it was una~w~us~ voted. Hr. Nioetta moved that the petition on Oak Avenue be granted, It was seconded by Hre Terroux, and ,,,,n-4,,~usly carrie~.
