M~ Chaix~m Clerk August 21, 1956 Special Meeting This meeting was called to discussed the petitions of Gerard Protd~ who wished to erect an indoor rink for his riding academy. The members in attendance: Ralph E. Finck, Chairman, Nicholas Nicetta, Alfred Boeglin, Secretary, Kenneth Terroux and Associate Member Benedict Perrone. The notes were taken by the Chairman as the clerk was not present at this discussion. The Board granted the variance to M~. Proulx on the condition~ that he build the indoor riding ha/1 on the east side of the cometary as sho~n on the plan submitted by the petitioner (Mr. Gerard Proulx) on the north side of Berry Street, North Andover. On the appeal of Howard Gilman for a gas station. It was brought out that the topograph~ of land is not suitable for use requested in the petition as it would be located on the side of ~hhill and safety factor, in Western Electric. Members Nicetta and Perrone were in favor of a denial on this petition.
