The meeting was called to order at 7:10 p. m. Members present: Ralph Finck, Chairman,
Daniel O'Leary, Kenneth Terroux, Nicholas Nicetta, Henry Lund and Associate Member,
~lfred Boeglin.
Mr. Lurid made a motion, seconded by Mr. Boeglin that'~he application of Edmund Cormier
be granted. It was voted unanimously.
Mr. Finck recorded himself as not voting on this petition and the following o~s.
It was unanimously $oted by the Board that a letter be sent to Cornelius Keating
to bring another plan showing the proposed building is cut down to conform with the
Zoning By-Laws in respect to the rear lot line.
The Bo~rd was also in unanimous decision that a letter be Mritten to Mr. Leon
Beauchesne asking him to attend our MaylS u~eting.
Mr. Terroux made a motion that the :application of Joweph Cyr that he could sub-divide
numbers l, 2. and 3 into two house lots and sub-divide numbers 5, 6 and 7 into two more
house lots. All were in favor of this motion. A letter will be sent to Mr. Fern
~ernardin to attend our MaylS meeting with corrected plsns.
It was unanimously voted that a letter be sent to petitioner Effie Konstandin to come
in with a corrected plan showing the location of the proposed addition and sanitary
disposal system. A letter will also be written to the Board of Health inviting them
to the May 13 meeting.
Mr. Nicetta made amotion that t~e application of Louis ~ller for approval be held
in abeyance until such time as he Dresents proper plans according to the r~les and
tabulations. Mr. Lund seconded this motion. A letter was sent to Mr. Miller with
a copy of the r~les and regulations.
It was unanimously voted to send Mr. Wi!liamMcAloon a letter inviting him to the May 13
meeting to come in with proper plans according to the rules and regt~lations.
letter was also written to Mr. Gucciardi to come May 13 with a set of plans.
The meeting adjourned at 9:15 p. m.
