Regular Meeting
The meeting was called to order at 7:45 P.M. Nembera present~ Hem~ LA,
Actiug Chairmau, Kenneth Terreux, Daniel 0tLeary and Nicholas Nieetta.
Before the meeting was officially called te order, several people consulted
with the Board members. Mr. Grynewicz appeared as requested and was told to
go ahead in building his home, that his permit was satisfactory.
Mr. Lee Coppeta of 99 High Street appeared with an applicati~a and plams
desir~ the division of property on High St. into tw~ parcels se that each
dwel2~8 has its own separate lot. He and his brother are partners ia this
property and they desire to dissolve thee ~rship, each having his
property separate from the other. A public hearing ~ll be called for
Monday evening, July 8, 1957 at 7:30 P.F~
Mr. Walter Hoyt, 31 Court St., appeared requesting ~*ormatio~ regar~
permission to .keep a horse on his preperty. Aceor~8 to the laws of the_
Town, he is permitted to do so. However, the Board ~t~ check furt~ on
any possible ~_~en_ dments.
Mr. Rebert ~cLellan, 38 Florence St., Andover, appeared requesting f-eormation
regarding permission to butld a 2-f~m~y house on 1~ at Sutton and Nigh
Streets. His land contains 11,998 f~. which does not meet the required
12,500 ft. However, Mr. Nicetta w~ check further.
An incomplete M,~a~g permit was received from Mr. Tern Ferlito, which will
be returned to h~m~ also ~equesting a plot plan.
The Leon Bea~sme plans were approved by the Board, with the eEceptiea of
Mr. Finck's signature, which w~ be app~iad later.
The vouchers for the month were approved by the Board.
An application for a renewal of a permit fora rc~dside stand from Dantel
01chic was approved on motion of Mr. Terro.mx, seconded by Mr. 0'Leafy aud
voted unanimously.
Mrs. Frances Goodhue also requested a renewal of a permit fer a roadside, stand,
which was appreve~ on motion of Mr. Nicetta, seconded by Mr. ~aa~ux and voted
