Special Meeting
A soec~al meetin¥ of the Board of appeals was held on December !4-, I9%8
at '~:30 PM at the Town Buildin? with members of the ~irport Co~nnission
a~d Irving: Bell rag~.,rding the details of the s~te plans submitted for
a]~ royal on the motel to be erected at tb.e ~irport. Members resent
were: Daniel O~Leary, Chairman, Kenneth TerPoux, Secretary, Henry
Lurid, Donald F. Smith and Robert Burke.
Atty. ~acigalupo, Counsel for Irvin2 Bell, Irving Bell, atty. andrew
Caffrey, and Enginsers Bellow an5 A[pers apoeared for the petitioners.
Plains were gone over in detail. ~tty. Bacigalupo explained to the
Board the petitioners were not sure exactly what was needed on plans
requ~rlng site plans approval. He also stated they appreciated the
B~rd's ihav~ng th~s special meeting.
The Board explained they wanted more details as they act i', the
interest of the Town. The ~:ofnted out the entrance was in a bad
place for ~ncoming cars. The Board explained from previous experience
it has been shown the Town would like on~ story buildings for a motel.
~tty. Bacigalupo asked if a ~wo story pt~n were submitted would it
be approved.

Atty. Bacigalt[po explained the reason for a two story building was
tbkt women prefer the second story because of privacy, it wc. uld

The lighting, sewer.~ge, dra~n~ge, type of buildfng, ~r',d landscaping:
