Spe6ial Meeting
A special meeting of the Board of appeals was held on Monday
March 23, 1959 at the Town Building. The meeting came to
order at 7:40 PM.
The petition of Carmelo Merino was reviewed. Members present
and voting were: Daniel T. 0'Leery, Chairman, Donald F. SmithEob~rt
William Morton and Charles Foster Jr. Aeaoc~te Members. ~ur~e,
Plans were reviewed and the application was discussed. It was
understood the land was purchased at two different times and
Mr. Marfno sub-divided the land without first ebtainlmg permission
from the Planning Board and proceeded to build the second out
without a building permit.
Mr. Smith moved the variance be denied under section 6.62. Mr.
Burke seconded the motion. Unanimous veto.
The hearing on Bonnelli and Corradtno was next reviewed and dis-
cussed. Members present and votingwere: Daniel T. O'Leary,
Chairman, Donald F. Smith, Henry E. Lund and Charles Foster, Jr.
Assoc~te Member.
It was found that the land contained 48,400 equate feet im' a~
industrial area calling fc~ 50,000 square ~et.
Mr. Lund moved the variance be granted with the stipulation
that the petitioner is not to use it for anything pointed out
in ~ections 4.44 and 4.45. Mr. Smith seconded the motion.
Unanimous vote.
The meetin~ adjourned at 9:00 PM.
