HomeMy WebLinkAbout1961-10-23Ncmday, October 23, 1961 Special Meeting The Beard of Appeals met at this time in order to discuss and vote on the hearings held for Charles B. Perry and Daniel ~. Olenio. Members present and voting were: Daniel T. O'Leary, Chairm--; ~old Morley, Sec- retary; Henry E. Lurid, Robert J. Nurke, H~ward L. G~, Alfred Boeglin, A. ~, amd William Morton, A. M. DANIEL J. OLENIO PETITION: ~ This hearing was held on October 9, 1961. The members present and voting on this petition were: Chairman 0~Leary, Secretary Morley, Mr. L~ad, Mr. Burke and Nr. Morton, A. M. After thore~gh discussion, Mr. Morley made a motion to n~ the petition, seecmded by Mr. Burke and voted un~tm~ualy. The reasons for denial were: The area is zoned for Industrial USe and for the best interests of all concerned, it would be desirable to keeP it that way. The location is net suitable for a restaurant amd the access to the area is not too good. CNA~ZES B. PERRY PETITION: This hear~-_~ was held on October 3, 1961. The members present and voting on this petition were: Chairman O'Leary, Mr. Lund, Mr. Burke, Mm. 6~-~ and Mr. Boeglin, A.M. After thorough discussion, Mr. Gt1,~n made a motion to GRANT the petition, seconded by Mr. Lund and voted unanimously. The Board decided that the house to be moved weuld not he detrimental to the neighborhood. The meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.~ ,~ ~, /~' AD Clerk
