Reserve Fund Transfer Request - Special Legal Servia_,,
~he Board voted unanimously to request a transfer in the amount of $2, 133.77 for services
rendered by Michael Gilman, labor attorney. Inasmuch as these bill do not represent full
payment for services, the Board voted to request that if this transfer is approved, to
refer to a transfer request submitted a few weeks ago for services rendered by Attorney
Ralph Joyce, which was rejected due to the fact that it is the policy of:th~ Advi~ory:-Board
to provide for payment only when the case is completed. · -

Selectman Dugan requested the Board to appoint another delegate to replace him in this
capacity, as his job at the jail presents a conflict. Executive Secretary, Keith Bergman,
was appointed 'to represent the Board;.
