Regular Meeting
The Board of Appeals held their regular meeting on Monday eventag, Juae 11,
1962, at 7:30 P.M. in the Town Building. The following members were present and
voting: Daniel T. O'Leary, Chairman; Harold Morley, Secretary; amd Howard Gilman.
Roy Fart and Atty. Stephen LoPiano, Jrt, appeared before the Board with an
application for a hearing for a special permit to construct garden apartments on
Chickering Road. They discussed with the Board the plans of the buildings, air
conditioning, rubbish disposal, etc. The cost of this modern project is est~w~__ted
at approx. $600,000.00. The hearing date will be July 9, 1962 at 7:30 P.M.
The Board signed a bill for Anna Donahue for $40.00 for the month of May.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 P.M.
