s~c~al ~eting
The ~oard of Appeals held a special ~eeting on Thursday evening, 3eptemher 27,
1~62 at 7~:30 P.M. in the Toun ~tl~ing. The f~llo~-g ~e~bere were present -~
vo%~ Daniel T. O'Leary, Chairman; Robert J. Burke, Secretary, ~k~ard Gilman
and Arthur DA~m~nd, A.~. ~r. Morton could not attend. The ~oard met te act on
several ~atters that were not taken care of at their regular ~eetiug of September 17th.
The Board looked a~ and discussed the corrected plans as presented by Roy R. Far~
for Garden apar~aents on Chicker~nE ~ad. ~he Planning Board had requested more
c~mplete pla~s as to the roadway. The plans met with everyone's approval and the
~oard sigaed the~
~r. Earold M~rley requested a hearing for a special per,it for a site plan for a
gasoline etati~ on Sutton Street. The hearing will be held on November 12t~
~r, ~angano and his brothers and father were p~esent with thei~ plans show~-g ~ore
informatioa ~arked as to parking space, drainage, etc. for their p~oposed apart-
ments. The plans met with the ~oard~a approval. ~r. ~urke ~ade a motion to GRA~T
the ~peelal Permit, ~fr. G~lm~ sentenced the mottc~ and the vote ~as ~elani~ous.
The ~oard signed the planm.
Atty. John J. Willis was I~esent to ask the ~oard to set another Be~g date for
~eCe~no~, Lynch a~d C~les Waites, instead of the October 8 hearing due to
cor~eetiens having to be ~e ca the legal notice as to the location of the
restaurant. The hearing ~] be held on October 15th.
?he ~ signed the plans for Joseph Campopiano. The plans were ~eturned to the
petiti~er because the block for signatures was not sho~n on the plans. The hearing
was held on Sept. 17th.
Th~ ~mard discussed the hearing for Albina Cardallo that was held ca Sept. 17th.
Action was deferred until this meeting because proper plans were not presented at
the hearing. ~r. Gilman ~ade a motion to GRA~T the variance and Mr. Burke seecmded
the ~otio~ and the vote was unan~s. These plans did not have the block for the
signatures amd will be returned to the petitioner +~ be corrected.
The meeting ~as adjourned at 8:00 P.M. -
