Outhrie, reelected Naroh 7, 1977 for a ~rse year term, Selec+.-~- John F. Coady with Chairman Themas J. McEvoy presiding. The warrant and minutes wore approved as The following Jurors were drawn to serve: ~ F. Dizazzo, 1~8 Highi.$t., April 4, Sitting, at Lawrence. Jeanette Stott, 62 ~oody Street, April 4, Sitting, at Salem. Gustave A Weigle 126 Colgate Drive, April 18, Sitting, At. Salem. ;JOHN F~ER~: : John Finneran, Town representative to the Greater La~rsnoe.F~,e~ry District, appeared before tBe Board to discuss the hiring of North Andover personnel in th~ above-named District. E~ stated that 53 employees hired, more to he hired this week. He stated that Union plumbers and electricians not needed for they could only do one thing. ~n order to keep expenses down licensed electric!~-~ and plumbers would be hired who would be required to do work other ·hat they ~ere licensed for ~hen necessary. He also stated that an E~e~utive Di~e~tor, '~he ~suld have to be paid an ~esslve salary, ~as not'needed. P~appointment of l~r. Letter received from Town Counsel stated that the town had lost the case re ?erini Corp v ' ~orth Azdover Building l, spector; that Perini Cerp did not have to pay the :permit in connection with the construction'of the water pollution control plant owned by'the Greater Lawrence ~anitary District.. He stated that he had driven -~ the way up from the Cape to present his complaint to the Board, m~t particularly, for his personal tentions, but he stated that' ~at happened t~ him shouldn't happen to on, one in a t~mssuch as --~orth A~iover.
