CAMPBELL rOAD RESIDENTS: Nelson Packer, spokesman for the Campbell Road residents, spoke of the problems of the con- dition of Campbell Rd. Bud Cyr was present and spoke in behalf' of his department, and shed some light on the Problems of having Campbell Rd. accepted as a public way. It was motioned to speak to Town Counsel on the legal status. SPECIAL TOWN COU~SE5: The appointment of a Special Town Counsel, recommended by Arnold Salisbury, Daniel ~. Kiley, Jr. of LaWrence, was postponed until a meeting could be arranged with salisbury to discuss the matter. He stated the importance of the Control Tower in that it would control Some of the nuisance traffic at the airport. Mr. Davies was given permission by Mayor Buckley ~to hold discussioos with surroundir~ at a later date~ communities as to Joint ownership and operation. He asked the presence of the Selectmen at the next meeting and added that he would not be' able to attend because of a scheduled vacation. Brian Sullivan added that he would represent the Selectmen at the next meeting on Wednesday, November 9, 1977.
