The Bo~rd so voted. HOUSING APPLICATIONS: Notice from Dept. of Housing & Urban Development received re applications for housing units. Notice to be referred to the Housing Authority and hearings ~.11 be advertised. BOARD OF REGISTRARS: Board voted to send letter to Chairman of the N.A. Repbulican To~n Co~,~ttee notifying her that Fred McCormack ~3~ rretire immediately after the completion of the 1978 anm?~ town meeting as a member of the Board of Registrars. In accordance with C. 51, Sec. 15 of the Gen. Daws, the Selectmen requested a list of three imliVidl?sls selected by the Repablic~a Committee It was also requested that the Selectme~ be provided with a copy of the Co~ittee's minutes showing the vote cast and that a quorum was present. BUILDING INSPECTOR ARZICLES: The Selectmen voted to support Articl& 33 and made no recommendation o~ Article 34. CA~I~ HALL: Letters ware voted to be sent to Dr. Julius May, Boar~ of Heel~h and John Thompson, Jr., Ch. Lake Study Committee, stating that, as there~were several articles on the warramt concerning Campion Fall, the Selectmen requested that they submit a specific, recesmmndation on the LICENSING CO2~E~ISSIONERS: Copy of letter received to the Momahan Management Corp. d/b/a/Maggie's Place from the Beard of Health. ' APP~IL 18~ 1978 g,.~ ~' The Beard of Selectmen held their regular meeting on this date with ~ ~ members present; Selectmen Joseph A. Gutbrie, Thomas J. NcEvoy, Charles A. Salisbury, P~ph R. Joyce with Chair- man John F. Coady presiding. The %r~A-~nt and minutes were approved as submitted. ARCHDIOCESE BUILDING STUDY: Copy of letter received addressed to William Selezme, Chairman, Planning Board from Evelyn Murphy, Secretary of Envio~-~,~entsl Affairs. Sale~e's request for an administrative Agency hearing was denied. It is her judgement that an environmental study is not necessary for the Archdiocese proposed low-housing development om Waverly Rd. Accepted for the files. 3-day all alcoholic license for Alumni Association Reunion at ~errimack College on Clerk Request referred to STOP SIGN Selectman Oathrie requested a stop sign be instm~ ed at Williams Street. Chief Lawlor for his reco~nendations. 99 RESTAURANT PARKING: Letter received from ChAef Lawlor re the parking problem for the 99 Restaurant custc~ers. He recommended a "parking restriction on both sides of Chickering Road on Massachusetts Avenue if the 99 Restaurant does not recniv a chmage in their parking problems." The Board voted to have a meeting with Thomas C. MacKenzie, Manager of the "99" on May 8, 1978, at 7:30 p.m. to discuss the problem. A letter to Mr. MacKenzie will be sent to that effect.
