Murphy, 22 Beacon Hill Blvd., complained chaC ear old Magnavox TV sec working perfectly before Cable TV and properly tuned and adJusced,.for Cable TV by a repair man, is getting very poor reception, all stations werecom~ng in,fuzzy, unclear and inaudible. He has called ConCinenCal TU and has had no response, and no interest has been shown Co correct the reception. Letter to be sent to John Toomey, Grand Knight. ~OCK.CONCERT - COMMON It was the unanimous vote of the Board Co reco~end to the Board of Public WOrks tO.deny the use of the Old Common to any Rock Concert Group. This voce~was,,:a result of a request made to Chief Donnelly from Brian Vanaken, 9 Wilcot'S~treet, Andover, Mass. for use of the cobb. on for a 1-day Rock Conceet. CKAN~Blue Cross-Blue Shield: Discussion ensuedon the request of James Crane for inclusion into the Town's Blue Cross-Blue Shield program. Crane is a call fireman-spare driver and :clocksover twenty hours a week.~ A motion was made and-seconded to i~clude }ir. Crane in the Bt-ES pro,ram. Vote was 4-Yes, 1-No. Odt. 'F~ECUTIVE SESSION: It wgs ~oted.to go into executive session on =he discussion of appoint~nenC of a Fire Chief. It was voted to offer Donald Fountain the position as a resul~ of'this session. ~ HUD APPLICATION - REHAB'P~OG~AM: Brian. Sullivan reported that a group cons~sting 'of himself, Gayton Os$ood, Louis,.Minicucci and Planner~ ,Susan St. Pierre had made asurvey of the town areas[and reco=znended that the area,beginnin~ with Saunders Street and surro~nd[ngstreets be pinpointed on the application, A considerable dis-. cussion followed, each Selectmen thought ocher areas should be chosen for the rehab~program. Finally, Selectman Salisbury said "let's put our feet where_our mouths are" and motioned that each Selectmen submit his list of. streets at the next meeting. The above-named group will also come back with another list. It was so voted.
