Received. APLIN PLAYGROUND: Lette~ from County Commissioners informed the Board that the Aplin Playground project had to be withdrawn from the County's application for funding. "~R~NDF~THER" ASSESSORS BILL: The ,Board unanimously voted ao accept the provisions of Chapter 416 of the Acts of 1980 enacted last July. RUSSELL ST. AMENDMENT: The Board voted unanimously to adopt amendment to the Traffic Rules and Orders to delete the one-way provision on Russell St. IDFA-C & P REALTY TRUST: The Boaad voted unanimously to approve the IDFA finance for C & P Realty Trust on Flagship Drive for $326,000. HUD AUDIT: Two proposals were received for the auditing services for the 1978 and 1979 HUD Grants. The Board, 'after receiv&ng the recommendation of Louis Mtnicucci voted unanimously to award the auditing contract to Richard Fenton whose proposal amounted to $960. Gordon, Harrington and 0sborn's proposal, $1,100.
