The Board of Selectmen met on this date with three members present; Selectmen
DiFruscio, Salisbury with Chairman Graham presiding. Selectmen Joyce and
MoEvoy were on vacation. The minutes and warrant were approved as submitted.
~ARD-CASH ENERGY, INC.
George Schruender appeared to discuss a proposed CARD financing for Cash Eno
Inc. which his Board had approved. The parcel of land is at 231 Sutton Street
and the estimated project cost is $2,200,000. The building will house a com-
puter firm and other offices. The Board voted unanimously to adopt the resolu-
tion as presented and approve the project.
D~G OFFICER:
Gene Northam appeared to discuss using the Lawrence dog pound and possibly the
MSPCA in Methuen for boarding and destroying dogs. The Board unanimously
voted to authorize the Dog Officer to pursue both alternatives.
DON KENDALL:
The Board unanimously voted to request a transfer to pay the final banefits
due to D on Kendall who was retired on accidental disability.
The Board adjourned at 8:15 P.M.
