April l, 1982~ for three years. Vacancy was caused by the resigua- ciOn~O~John J. McDuffie, due for re-',poin~ment on April l, 1982. Hr. Mc- duf£ie>~has servced for 37 years on the Board of RegisCrars. The Board un&n~,.usly appointed Helen Tacy, 226 Stevens St. who is presently a Warden of Precinct V.
