He was Alfred Midgely, 470 Stevens Street, North Andover, Castodian. HOUSE NOVTNG: MZCSAEL GRASSO. Permission was granted to Mr. Michael Grasso, 25 Harwood Street, to move a house from Br~ce St. over Mablin Avenue to Harwood S~eet on lots #113 and 114. Ail utility compan~s and depart- ments involved o.k'd the route. ANNUAL TO~N REPORT: The Board at the request of Town Clerk, John Lyons, authorized the '.hiring of a typist, Mrs. Audrey Hegarty, and an I.B.M. typewriter to begin typing of material for the town report. He also reported the progree of the newly-appointed T~n Yard Committee. LAWRenCE GAS O~.mANY: Petitions to excavate were voted on favorably by the Selectmen on 426 Waverley Road, Sargent Street, lots 16 and 17, S~t~on Hi.~l Road and Davis Street. ~O~T ?OLDS: A petition on Joint poles, no hearing necessary, on Russell Street from N. E.T. & T. Co. ~nd Massachusetts Electric Compsny was approved by the Board. MASSACHUSETTS ELECTRIC C~PANY: Notice of installation of street light on corner of Winter and Dale Streets was received by the Board; and the electric company was instructed to instsll lights at 168 Summer Street and on the corner of Summer and Salem Streets, poles 2414 and 3167. BOARD_ GF APPEALS: A lega~ notice was received by the Board advising them of a division of property on Main Street~ EP~O~DeSALTSBURY: Sslem Street, G~apter 90 Easement. ~racings and two prints were sent to this office showing porposed drainage easements required in connection with Coapter 90 road construction on Salem Street at Station 13+78 on land of Pearson and at Station 37+60 on land of Adam. These are to be executed by Town Counsel and sent back Harold MacWilliams in Danvers, Mass. He was also requested to draw up "towing reg.'s The meetin~ was adjourned at9:45 p.m. Alice M. Oakes, Raymond Broad_bead with Chairman Finneran, presiding. A Juror was drawn to serve in January Superior (Criminal) Court in Salem: .Mary Cronin, 34 Saunders S .treet, Clerk for Metropolitan Life Insurance Comply. Permission was granted the above-named company to excavate in 'the street at 288 Sutton Street. MASSACHUSETTS ELECTRIC COMPANY: Notice was received of street ~ight installations on Water Street and Clarendon Street. Also received were reebmmendations for street lighting for Eo~t and Clark Streets, pole 4603: 29 Chadwick Street and at the intersection of Dale and Salem Streets, pole 1395 a~d-pole 139~.
