The workshop began at 7:00 p.m.

The Planning Board looked at the order of subsections.
subsections should be ordered as follows:
Ail
Allowed
Allowed by Special Permit
Prohibited
The Planning Board reviewed buffer zone distances, new and old.
No cut/no build 150'
Special Permit 250'
Non-discharge 325'

and
edge of lake
The Planning Board discussed whether the zones should be measured
from the edge of all wetland resource areas or the high mean
watermark of a tributary. Currently a tributary is interpreted as
a wetland resource area.

Ms. Colwell to find out where the 400 ft. proposal comes from.
