The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.
Members Prese~
Richard Nardella, Chairman, Joseph Mahoney, Vice Chairman and
Richard Rowen Clerk. Also present was Kathleen Bradley Colwell,
Town Planner.

Mr. Rowen read the legal notice to open the public hearing.
The Planning Board discussed the major points of the Watershed
Protection District.
No one from the public present. No questions were asked.
On a motion by Mr. Mahoney, seconded by Mr. Rowen, the Planning
Board voted to recommend favorable action on Article 1, Watershed
Protection District.
On a motion by Mr. Rowen, seconded by Mr. Mahoney, the Planning
Board adjourned the meeting at 8:00 p.m.
