ARTICLE 1. To see if the Town will vote to accept from Fred J. Fichers
of North Andover or his nominee, the sum of $2,000.00 to be expende.d, under
the direction of the Board of Public Works for the pdrpose of extending the

~ane. red,un or ~'reu u. ~'icnera and others.
ARTICLE 2. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Selectmen to
act for it in executing a contract between the Town and the Massachusetts
Bay Transportation Authority to provide for railroad co.mmuter service be-
tween North Andover und Boston for the period beginning August 1, 1969
and ending on July 31, 1970, and to transfer from available funds ~e sum
of $350.00 to pay the annual cost to the Town for such service. Petition of

ARTICLE 3. To see if the Town will vote to transfer from available funds

ARTICLE 4. To see if the Town will vote to amend Article III of its Gee-
eral By-Laws by adding the following new section:
Sectian 9. No person, firm or corporation shall, individually or by them
