The warrant was approved as submitted. JURORS DRAWN: Drawn for February 2 and 3 Sittings, at Salem, were the following: pie, Blanche Kellstrand, Robert Pruneau. John Cronin, Joseph Gillis- STREET LIGHTING: Surveys for street light on Marbleridge R., from Salem St. to Abbott St. and for Mill Road were received and taken under advisement. Selectman Kirk will study the need as curtailment of street light installations this year will be prevalent due to the cut in the street lighting budget. SNOW REMOVAL EXPENSES: Approval was received from the Director of Accounts, ArthUr MacKinnon, for payment of two snow removal emergencies, December 19 and Dec. 26 in the amount of $14,940.90. ANIT-TRUST COPPER PIPING: The B card of SeleCtmen received notice that the antitrust copper piping cases had been settled and received a partial payment owed the to~n in the amount of $2484.38 from the Attorney General Office. T he Board also requested a list from departments using plumbing fixtures for the Attorney General's office in connection with an antitrust violation in that ma~er. ADJUDICATION OF STREETS: A'hearing was set for March 2, 19~0, a~ 7:30, on the petition to have adjudicated Ferncroft Circle, Meadow. View Rd. and Highwood Way. 'lINeN 'GARAGE SITE:. - glA notice was recemved from the Dept. of Natural Resources that a Notice of Intent should be filed for filling at the new garage site. Copies were sent to the Tree Warden, Highway Dept. Public Works, Planning Bd. and Conservation Commission. PLUMBING FIXTURES CASE:' The Board received a letter from Town Accountant re the antitrust plumbing fixtures case which was referred ~o Town Counsel. NOTICES RECEIVED: Notice of road maintenance appropriations from State Dept. of Public Works. Copy of letter sent to Mrs. Richter from Dept. of Nt. Resources.
