Guthrie~presiding as Acting 0hairman. Chairman XirM was on vacation. The Warrant was approved as submitted. NOTICE OF I~TEW - OLE~IO: A hearing was held on the Notice of Intent filed by Daniel'J. Olenio, Sr. to pipe a certain length of brook on property off ROlt Road to eliminate, obnoxious odors from-~sewerage~flowing into it. There were no objections from abutters who had heen notified. However, the Highway Surveyor had advised the Board's Secretary he could not be present at the hearing but would .~ like the Board to advise Hr. Olanio that the installation of a catch basin was necessary amd an easement for the Town of North Amiover to maintain said catch basing had to be obtained By Hr. Olenio. He requested that Mr. Olenio compact him about these matters. Hr. Oleaio said he would be glad to confer With the Highway Surveyor if Mr. Nicetta would not get personal ..'mu, about it. A letter to Hr. 01enio from the Ness. Dept. of Public Works requested that he send them a plan of the. project. The Board voted to have Mr. Guthrie send their recommendations on the Notice of Intent to the Dept. of Natural Rosour~es. POLE IOOATION: The Board approved a petition for a Joint pole location of existing poles on Belmont Street. C~v~F lAWlOR ~O~2S: Barkin~ doS nuisance: Chief reported advised the Board that the owner of the harking dog was a Hr. ~sciss, Willow Ed. and the other owner was-Walter Stamp. Ail parties involved Bad been ' spoken with and the Dog Officer, S. Buturlia feels the situation has been rectified. The Board voted to send copy of Chief's letter to Hrs. Gertrude White, Hillside Rd., complainer. Blind.. Drive Sign~l~quest: Chief Lawlor reported ~hat a sign had already buan installed before driveway of Mrs. Philip Bryant, 300 Dale Street.- however, if she wants a larger sign than the one i~stalledj his department w~ll inst~ it if Mrs. Bryant is willing-to pay the extra ex- pence. Guthrie, announced the town ~uilding weuld he closed on the twolholidays in October; October 11 amd 2~th. The weekly Selec+-me_n'e meeting will not be hal~ unless it is absolutely necessary. Application received for a Common Victualer license for estahlis~,~ut-to be called J~my,s Famous Pizza, 1~91 Osgocd Street (formerly Chris A~ Drive-In Restaurant). The application was referred to' Chief lawlor for character references and to the Board of Health.for tion~ of the kitchen facilities. A short com~,-~ation from Ohriatopher ~,~- notified the Board that he was withdrawing hia application for a Restaurant, Ail Alcoholic License. The Board voted to send a letter of acknowledgement of said with~rawal. A routine letter was received from the ABC.
