ADMISSION & MINIMUM CHARGES: Notice of hearing on above-named received from ABC. As soon as results of the hearing received, notice will be posted on bulletin board and copies sents liquor license holders. RICHLYN CLUB: Letter received from Town Counsel re Richlyn Club license. It will be automatically re- voked on October 31, 1973 unless suitablepremises are obtained. Mrs. Nellie Jacques, Manager, was so notified by certified mail. CE~IFICATE OF GOOD STANDING: Chairman Coady made motion to send letter to all licensees holding licenses under Sec. 12 and 15, Ch. 138 stating they must provide the Licensin Commissioners of North Andover a "Certificate of Good Standing." (Form355 GS) from t~ Department of C~pqrations and Tsxation before renewal of their license will be grantE for the ensum_ng/ye~r. It was so voted. Alice M. Letarte, Secretary *~ ! ~lerk The Board of Selectmen held their regular meeting on this date, at 7 p.m.~.i~ the Middle School Library with all members present. The minutes and warrant were approved as submitted. JURORS: Joseph F~. Andrukaitis, 544 Water Street and William N. Sale,e, 22 Young Rd. were drawn for the December 3 Sitting, At Salem. Edward H. Kollen, 69 Church St. and Alfred L. Gardiner, 79 Moody St. were drawn for the December 3 Sitting, at Lawrence. DUCTS-CONDUITS: .Approved petitions to install 1-3inch duct on Fast Water St. and 120 feet of conduit on Johnson Street. Hearing set for November 19, 1973, at 7:30 on petition to install 145' of buried cable on Johnson St. Also, installation of 2-4" ducts. APPRECIATION: Letter of appreciation received from Doherty Insurance Co. for fast and efficient service of the fire and police departments in containing a fire in store next to insurance company. Letter of co~endation from the Selectmen and copy of insurance letter will be sent to above=nsmed departments. NOTICE: Notice to all appointed committees re bookeeping of their funds was tabled until next meeting. MUNICIPAL FACILITY BUILDING COMMITTEE: The Board made thr.~e additional appointments to the above-named committee: Foster, Jr., Frank C. Gelinas and E~erett T. Aubry. Charles H. LIAISON OFFICER TO LAW, AIRPORT COMMISSION: The Board appointed ~rancis J. Trombly, 22 Bay State Rd. as liaison officer to LawrenCe Airport Commission. MANZI DODGE GIFT: A letter from Chief Lawlor advised the Board of the gift of a safety car from Manzi Dodge and requested a letter be sent conveying the town's thanks and appreciation. RESOLUTIONS: The Board voted to sign official resolutions as a tribute to two pastors who are resigning; Rev. Alexander S. Twombly, pastor of St. Pauls Church and Monsignor William A. Long, pastor of St. Michael's Church. The resolutions will be presented to them by the Selectmen at the Board of Trade meeting on Nov. 14, at the Merrimack Valley Motor Inn.
