His corm~endations to Coach Bob Licare and to the players sportsmanship together with the townspeople will be included in the letter from the Board. LICEN~t~G COM~ESSIO~ERS: A letter from N. Nicetta requested the transfer of an existing gasoline storage license from E. Phelan to N.F. Nicetta and Sony,Inc. The Board so approved. Alice M. Coady with Chairman John P. Kirk presiding. The minutes and warrant were approved as submitted. Leonard A.' Zoll, 42 Royal Crest Drive, was drawn for Jury duty, at Lawrence, April 1. Walter N. Haley, Jr., 12 Village Green Drive, was drawn for Jury duty, at Newburyport, April AE~ICLE: At the request of Peter F~.lcolm, the Board voted to reopen the warrant for insertion of a zoning chan~e article. Warrant was opened at ?:39 p.m. and closed at 7:40 p.m. NEIGHBORHOOD YOUTH'CORP.: A notice received from the Neighborhood Youth Corp. requested departments to notify them of any summer Jobs available, for students. Copies will be distributed to all departments. TAG DAYS: Selectmen approved request for the Association of Mentally Batarded Children to hold tag days in North Andover on May 4 - 5. They will be so notified. EMPLOYMENT ACT: Notice received of meeting on the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act, City Council chambers, March 27, 3 p.m. Selectmen Outhrie and Kirk will attend. NOTICES: Emergency Services meeting, Noliday Inn, Tewksbury, April lO, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Police and Fire departments have been so notified. Board of Appeals hearing notices on March 28th (Ar~ndiocese of Boston) and April 8th, Trombly Bros. EASTER SEAL SOCIETY: As requested, Chairman Kirk read a Proclamation declaring April il, annual Coffee Day for the benefit of crippled and disabled children and adults.
