Coady with Chairman John P. Kirk presiding. The warrant and minutes were approved as submitted. SAFETY PROBLEM - HIGH & S~TON STS. The Selectmen received a petition from residents in the area of High and Sutton Streets re- questing a yellow blinking light be installed at that intersection because of the mar~ accidents there. The Board referred the petition to Chief Lawlor for his investigation and .recommendations. AE~ICLE: An article received from the Highway Surveyor and Public Works for the an~,~ Town Warrant was denied by the Board stating the moneys could be obtained under Article already in Town Warrant. SANITARY DISTRICT: .~ A letter from the Gr. lawrence Sanitary District in reply to the Fredette Complaint stated that all hearings and notices were advertised in the local paper re the Sanitary District construction in the ~iverview and Saunders Street areas. Individ,,,1 notices to abutters were not required, Ne suggested Er. Fredette ami' other interested parties attend their nsx~ public meeting, April 18, 1974, at 7:30 p.m. at 598 Essex Street. The Board voted to send copy of letter to Mr. Fredette. NOTICES EEIVED: '-~ Nearing, State House, April 30, l0 A.M. re Fuel Adjustment Clauses. Letter re National Flood Insurance. Selectman Guthrie brought to the attention of the Boa~ that the Historical Co~A~ssicn budget ~us being cut drastically by the Advisory Board. He stated that they were a hard-wor~ing group and had been directed bY the Selectmen to pursue certain, impertant town matters. A motion was made and seconded that the Chairman be authorized to request the Advisory Boar& to reconsider their decision and to consider approving a major portion of the budget amount. AE~ICLE AMOUNTS: The Board voted to authorize ~the C~airman to make the final changes on Articles in the Warrant and to authorize To~n Clerk to SUbmit same to the printer. North Andover for transportation to and from Logan Airport. Hearing was set for April 22, 1974 at 7:30 P.M.
