Ooady with Chairman John P. Kirk presiding. The minutes ami warrant were approved as submitted. STATE AID MEETD~G: Notice received from Dept. of Public Works of State Aid meeting to be held in Danvers District Auditorim on October 29, 1974 at 7:30 p.m. Board u~able to attend but Staff Assistant, Joseph Willis, will represent the Board. SCHOOL JANITORS: Payment to janitors working overtime during election d~ys was discussed. The Board voted to meet with Seth Hudak, Asst. to the Superintendent, on October 31, at 7:30 p.m. in the Selectmen's Office, to resolve the rate of pay. A letter will be sent Hudak to that effect. SOLr~ WASTE MEE~IhB: Letter from Dept. of Public Works with notice of meeting, Oct. 24, 7:30 p.m. at Haverhill Public Library re Solid Waste Disposal. Board voted to se~ copies to Solid Waste Comm. E. Scanlon, W. Cyr and Phil Busby. LEGAL ADVISOR: The Board received the Legal Advisor's report on his activities during the past months. The Board authorized the Chairman to contact the Andover Town Manager, by telephone, to discuss tho report. RECEIVED: Notice of change of location of E.E.A. office from 200 Common St. to 90 Broadway, 10/21. Notice of eligibility requirements for CE~A. Notices of reduction in, scheduled rates for gasoline and fuel oil. Notice of Chamber of Commerce Forum, Oct. 30, 8:00 A.M., Maison DeBinette's. Board will attend. FIREFIGNTER'S UNION CONTRACT: The Board of Selectmen signed the above-named contract together with the representatives of the Firemen's Labor Union. Fire Chief James P. Dawwill be so notified. LICENSING CO~SStO~EP~: I~F~2~ACK £; C O T LWGE: The Board granted renewal of the Special Club License for Merrimack College for 1975. Will be sent to ABC for renewal. GASOLINE LICENCE: The Board approved application for license to store 6000 gals., (addition!) gasoline on Innis Street from G. Joseph Balsamo, 70 Wesley St. License approved by Chief Daw. at 8:15 p.m. Atty. Harold Morley, appeared before the Board stating his client disapproved the granting of the license. Chairman Coady stated his objection would be recorded but the license had been approved upon reco~endation of the Fire Chief.
