The meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m.

Richard Nardella, Chairman, Joseph Mahoney, Clerk and John Draper.
John Simons arrived at 7:20 p.m. Also present was Kathleen
Bradley, Town Planner.

Cobblestone Crossing - Definitive Subdivision Modification
Mr. Mahoney read the legal notice to open the public bearing.
Stephen stapinski presented the Board with a plan of the new
roadway layout.
The Board looked at the original plans to see the changes that were
made.
Lot 1 moved across the street. The street is now directly across
from Phillips COmmon, as originally conceived by the Board.
The Board approved four (4) house designs at the last meeting. Ms.
Bradley is working with Preston Halprin, attorney for Mr. Laudani,
as to changes in house designs for each lot.
On a motion by Mr. Mahoney, seconded by Mr. Draper the Board voted
to approve Cobblestone Crossing Subdivision Modification as
amended.
Mr. Nardella would like to see some dust control on the site.
Booth Street - 81gn Plans
The Board reviewed the agreement with the applicant regarding the
steps to be taken to put in a watermain from Blueberry Hill to
Booth Street.
Both the Board and the Applicant endorsed the agreement.
The Board then endorsed the plans and the covenants.
The plans were revised to move the detention pond of the right-of-
way.
The Board will work with the staff to obtain an easement as quickly
as possible.
