October 27, 1989. The meeting was held in the Planning Board
Office and called to order by the Chairman, George Perna, Jr., at
6:15 p.m. The following members were present: Erich Nitzsche and
John Draper. John Simons and Jack Graham were absent.
Milco Definitive Subdivision
A letter was received from the Estate of Ida Miller requesting an
extension to November 30, 1989.

By John Draper to rescind the Planning Board motion to
deny the Milco Definitive Subdivision.

By John Draper to accept the extension to November 30,
1989 and request the applicant to appear before the
Planning Board at their November 16, 1989 meeting.

Siqn Plans
George Perna and Erich Nitzsche signed the plans for National
Aerial Advertising. The third signature, that of John Simons, will
be signed at the next meeting.
