Broivn D"i FT MINUTES Tuesday,February 12,2013 at 7:30 PM Town Hall 120 Main Street,North Andover,Massachusetts Members present: Albert Manzi III Esq, Associate Member: Doug Ludgin, and Deney Morganthal Excused absence: Ellen McIntyre,Richard Byers Esq.,D. Paul Koch Jr.,Esq.,AllanCuscia, and Michael Liporto Manzi called the meeting to order at 7:38. Manzi stated that we have a number of excused absences tonight, Ellen McIntyre, Richard Byers, Paul Koch, Allan Cuscia, and Michael Liporto Continued Public Hearings Special Permit R-4,V. Scott Follansbee,50 Mai-tin Avenue(Map 45G Lot 36) Manzi stated that they do not have a quorum,but we will vote on continuing the public hearing for 50 Mai-tin Ave until the next meeting on March 12, 2013. Ludgin made a motion to continue 50 Martin Ave until 12 March 2013 Morganthal second the motion Ludgin, Morganthal and Manzi voted in favor to continue the public hearing for 50 Martin Ave until March 12, 2013. 3-0 in favor Acceptance of Minutes for January 8,2013 Manzi stated that we should table these Minutes until the next meeting (March 12, 2013), when we have a full board. Miscellaneous Correspondence Miscellaneous correspondence were included into the Board's packets and briefly discussed; Two letters from CHAPA were received and dated January 14,2013 and January 24, 2013. Also another letter from Community Housing Inc, from Avi Glaser dated January 23, 2013 and finally a letter from the Town's Community Development Director, Curt Bellavance dated January 30, 2013 and time stamped February 4, 2013. Adiournment: 7:40 Ludgin made a motion to adjourn the meeting Morganthal second the motion to adjourn the meeting Ludgin,Morganthal and Manzi voted in favor to adjourn the meeting. 3-0 Page 1 of I February 12, 2013
