Thursday, June 27, 2013 at 7:30 PM
Town Hall 120 Main Street, North Andover, Massachusetts
Members present: Ellen McIntyre,Richard Byers, Esq., and Allan Cuscia
Associate Member: Deney Morganthal
Excused absence Michael Liporto, and D. Paul Koch Jr.
McIntyre called this special meeting to order at 7:03
Acceptance of Minutes for June 13,2013
McIntyre stated that we will pass on the acceptance of the minutes, since we are continuing this meeting
until July. McIntyre also stated that it is tentative but we may not have a quorum at the next meeting for
July 18th. McIntyre wanted to remind everyone that we are a Volunteer Board.
McIntyre stated that the next meeting we will have will be July 18th
Byers made a motion to continue till the next meeting
Cuscia second the motion
All were in favor to continue the meeting McIntyre, Byers, Cuscia and Morganthal.
