Paul Koch Jr.,Esq., and Allan Cuscia Excused absence: Michael Liporto Deney Morganthal McIntyre called this special meeting to order at 7:00 Continued Public Hearin North Andover Holdings, LLC 16 Berry Street/Riding Academy Preserve North Andover, MA (Map 106,1), Parcel 0032). M.G.L. Chapter 40B, Section 21 for a Comprehensive Permit McIntyre stated that we will by pass the acceptance of minutes tonight, the applicant is requesting a continuance. Eric Loth, representing 16 Berry Street walked up to the podium and stated based on various workshops (with the town, staff and abutters) and concerns raised, they are requesting from the Board a continuance for the next scheduled meeting (October I" at 7:00). They are in the process of preparing a revised plan. McIntyre stated she wanted to make sure that Wesson and Sampson, who have done the review for Sewage, also attend the meeting that is scheduled for October 1St, at 7:00prn at the Senior Center. McIntyre stated to Loth that she wanted any newly revised plans be brought into the office prior to meeting, but in a timely manner in order to ensure the Board has enough time to review them. Cuscia made a motion to continue till the next meeting on October 1, 2013.
