Re : Approval Not Required Plan, Forbes Realty Trust,
Dated January 15 , 1986 (Lot 19C and 19D - Cochichewick Dr. )
Dear Mr. Long:
The attached ' approval not rrequ2red1plan' was of endorsed
by the Planning Board at their January of
the Board for the following reasons:
1 . Said lots were endorsed as one individual lot (no. 19)
on the Definitive Plan entitled CAMPION HALL, dated November
16 , 1984 and not as two (2) separate buildable lots .
2 . A modification of the subdivision under MA Chapter 41 , _
Section 81-U is required in order to determine the feasibility
of dividing lot 19 into lots 19C and 19D.
3 . Lots 19C and 19D do not meet the requiremetits of the
Zoning Bylaw, .Section 7 , paragraph 4 . 1 , LOT WIDTH.
4 . Said lots are not on a public way.
Therefore the Planning Board recommends that .the applicant
file these changes under MGL Chapter 41 , Section 81-U for review and
consideration of the division of land.
