Tuesday,January 28, 2014 at 7:00 PM

McIntyre called the meeting to order at 7:00

Discussion
Requesting Release of Performance Bond (Orchard Village)
Bob Messina, Manager of the Orchard Village project walked tip to the podium and introduced himself
to the Board. Messina said he is here tonight to request from the Board the release of the Performance
Bond for Orchard Village.
McIntyre stated that she and Curt Bellavance discussed this request and they both understand that
everything is done, such as paving and deed.
Orchard Village submitted a written request for Bond Release on January 9t", 2014 stating that the
release for the amount of the bond will be determined by Town's Director of Engineering, Gene Willis,
and the letter was written and submitted by Philip Christensen, P.E. from Christensen& Sergi, INC.
Another letter dated January 9t", 2014 from the Town's director of Engineering, Gene Willis requesting
the Town releases the bond, but the amount of$8,000.00 should be held until a complete plan is
submitted.
Cuscia made a motion to grant release for the bond in the amount of$92,000.00, holding back $8,000.00
until final plans and As Build Plans are submitted.
Byers second the motion
All were in favor; Byers, McIntyre, Koch, Cuscia, Morganthal and Ludgin.
At 7:05 we closed the Discussion regarding Orchard Village and moved on to the Continued Hearing.
