Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at 7:30 PM

Members present: Ellen McIntyre, Richard Byers, D. Paul Koch Jr and Allan Cuscia
Associate Member: Doug Ludgin and Deney Morganthal

Pledge of Allegiance
McIntyre called the meeting to order at 7:34
Acceptance of Minutes February 11 2014 and February 25 2014,
Byers made the motion to approve the Minutes
Cuscia second the motion.
Those voting in favor to approve the minutes were McIntyre, Byers, Koch, Cuscia, Morganthal and
Ludgin.
Committee Reports
Merrimack Valley Planning Commission and Committee Housing Partnership
Housing Partnership Report
McIntyre and Byers stated that there is nothing new to report.
Discussion
ZBA Meeting date change from May 6t" to May 13,2014.
The Board discussed and agreed to change the ZBA meeting to the second Tuesday of the month, May
13t"(a vote was not taken).
Miscellaneous
A letter from Elizabeth Palma Diaz, Program Manager for CHAPA was submitted into the Board's
packets,the letter was dated February 13, 2014.
A letter from Massl-lousjng dated February 26th, 2014 from Gina Dailey, Director of Comprehensive
Permit Programs, regarding Orchard Village was also submitted.
The Board followed this tip with signing the Decision for Berry Stree ; a clerical change was made on
page 2 to change date from Jan 24, 2012 to January 24, 2013. Also the applicants requested the pages be
numbered.
Cuscia asked McIntyre if he needed to sign the Decision, since he did not vote in favor. McIntyre stated
he did not need to sign the Decision.

The Board signed the Decision and all the plans in front of them, with the exception of Michael Liporto
who will sign the Decision and plans at a later date.
