DRAFT MINUTES
Tuesday,March 10,2015 at 7:30 PM
Town Hall 120 Main Street, North Andover, Massachusetts
Members present: Albert P. Manzi,Ellen McIntyre, Allan Cuscia and D. Paul Koch Jr
Associate Member: Doug Ludgin and Deney Morganthal
Excused absence: Rick Byers and Michael Liporto
Pledge of Allegiance
Manzi called the regular meeting to order at 7:31
Acceptance of Minutes February 10,2015
McIntyre made the motion to approve the Minutes
Cuscia second the motion.
Those voting in favor to approve the minutes were Manzi, McIntyre, Cuscia,Koch, and Ludgin

Committee Reports
Merrimack Valley Planning Commission and the Housing Partnership Committee
McIntyre did not have anything new to report, and is still waiting to hear back from the Housing
Partnership, Chairperson.
Byers was not at tonight's meeting, so we will table this report till the next month.
Miscellaneous Correspondence
Manzi informed the Board that he had the opportunity to meet and talk with the new Community and
Economic Development Director, Eric Kfoury. Manzi stated that Kfoury would like to meet the
members of this Board in the future. Manzi commented it will be more like a meet and greet.
Manzi asked the Board to stay after the meeting was adjourned for a Group picture, Manzi stated that
this picture would be for the Town of North Andover's Annual Report.
Adjournment: 7:37
Cuscia made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
McIntyre second the motion
